Buhari to Deliver 2018 budget to NASS by Nov 7

President Muhammadu Buhari has written to the House of Representatives that he would want to present the 2018 budget proposal to a joint session of the House on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.

The Speaker, Yakubu Dogara made this known at plenary while leading a letter from the president to lawmakers.

The lawmakers initially rejected the president’s notice but were overruled by the speaker who told them they had no right to reject the move by the president, as it is a constitutional provision.
