'I’ll eat their livers’ - Filipino President, Rodrigo Duterte issues new threat to ISIS terrorists

Philippines president, Rodrigo Duterte has warned Islamist extremists that he is more dangerous and can be 50 times more brutal than the terrorists.

Speaking during the opening of a national sports tournament on Sunday, the president in his speech reacted to the recently foiled terrorist plot in the country by three extremist groups affiliated with the Islamic State group.

Several soldiers and civilians, and at least four militants, including a senior commander of an Islamist extremist group were killed before they could carry out a kidnapping and bombing plot.

'If you want me to be an animal, I'm also used to that. We're just the same, I can dish out, go down what you can 50 times over, AP quoted Duterte as saying during his speech

The President also went far to threaten to eat the organs of the dead terrorists.

'Give me salt and vinegar and I’ll eat his liver. It's true, if you make me angry, he said.

However, Duterte who is has been dubbed as one of the toughest presidents in the World have constantly made headlines, for killing thousands of suspected drug dealers in his war against drugs in Philippine.
